How to Resolve Slow Speeds and or Buffering?

Best Practices/Fix:

  1. Forget/delete from known networks all the Fiber Stream WiFi options (Including Fiber Stream WiFi 2.4Ghz, Fiber Stream WiFi, and Fiber Stream Signup).
    • Need help with step 1? Here is how to forget a WiFi connection for Android, iPhone, Windows Computer, MAC Computer, Smart TV, Roku, Firestick, Xbox, and PS5.
  2. Connect to the Fiber Stream WiFi 5Ghz (If not already) - The recommended network for most devices. i.e. Fastest speeds and stability (least amount of interference in most cases)
  3. Fully power off from power source for 1 minute.
    • Pro Tip: For a successful power cycle, Roku Sticks, Firesticks, and other third-party devices must be disconnected from the power and USB/HDMI port to TV simultaneously.
  4. Power up > reconnect to Fiber Stream WiFi 5Ghz option > Check for software and firmware updates. Your devices should always be fully updated for the best internet experience.
